The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart comparies the survey result of five different type of library users, while table chart illustrates the proportation of satisfiaction of library users.

To begin with, the highest percentage of full-time undergradute for using library is accounting 44%, while this figure for full-time postgradute is second highest proportation (25%). However, the data for academic staff was lowest which is 7%. Moreover, only 8% of distance learning people use library that number is doubled (16%) for part-time postgraduate.

In the case of very satisfied, the maxium percentage of library user is satisfied for helpfulness of staff , with recording 95%. This figures for library opening hours and availability of books are 65% and 50% respectively. Nevertheless, The minimum number library user is very satisfied under 50% for availability of journals ,wifi. Furthermore, fairly satisfied user was under 40% for all factors except helpfulness of staff 5%. In the casr of not satisfied user, this was under 20% for books, journals and wifi other are fully satisfied.

Overall, the highest number of full-time undergraduates use library, whereas this number for academic staff is lowest. Although, Library user was highly satisfied for opening hours and helpfulness of staff, they are dissatisfied from journals more.
