The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The chart shows five different categories of library users, while the table illustrates the different satisfaction levels in library users in different categories.
Full time undergraduates have highest propotion 44%, while 25% are full time postgraduates. Part time postgraduates are 16% and distance learners for all courses are 8%.The lowest propotion is 7% and this includes academic staff.
The library opening hours include 65% very satisfied users and 35% are fairly satisfied. There is no one who is dissatisfied. Staff is very helpful and 95% users are fully satisfied and its a highest percentage, less satisfied are 5% and 0% dissatisfaction level is here.
Users are 50% satisfied from availability of books, less satisfied are 40% and 10% are not satisfied. 45% users are fully satisfied with the availability of journals, 35% are less satisfied and 20% are not satisfied. 48% are totally satisfied with the reliability of wifi, 33% are less satisfied and 19% are not satisfied.
