Overall, full-time undergraduate students made up the majority of library readers and academic staff accounted for the smallest share. According to the table, most of the students were very happy or fairly satisfied with the different services of the library.
The pie chart illustrates that 44 percent of readers were full-time undergraduates while 25 percent were full-time postgraduate. Part-time postgraduate comprised 16 percent of users, followed by distance learners at 8 percent and academic staff at 7 percent.
