The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie and table charts illustrate the feedback of library users at a university where the pie chart contains different users including students as well as academic staff whereas the table involves level of satisfaction regarding different amenities.
Overall, library users are mostly full-time undergraduates whereas the fewest users are academic staff. Moreover, library opening hours and helpfulness of staff are two amenities which do not show any dissatisfaction while availability of journals and reliability of wifi show higher dissatisfaction.
In detail, 44% of library users are full-time undergraduates whereas full-time postgraduate users are 25%. 7% and 8% of library goers are academic staff and distance learning students respectively. Conversely, the ratio of part-time postgraduate users is double of distance learners.
Furthermore, users are extremely contented with the helpfulness of staff by 95% and the remaining 5% are fairly satisfied. Similarly, 65% of users are very satisfied with the opening hours and the rest 35% are fairly satisfied. Half of the library users are satisfied with the availability of books while out of the rest of the 50% users 40% are fairly satisfied and 10% are not satisfied.
