The chart illustrates the various sections of library users whie the table shows percentage of user satisfaction.
Overall, full-time students constitued the bulk of the users with undergraduate students forming the majority. Part-time students comprised the second biggest users behind full- time students. Academic staff and distance learning groups made up the least with an almost equal percentage.Most people reported high satisfaction with the helpfull mentality of the staff while they expressed most dissatissfaction with the reliability of journals and reliability of wi-fi.
Among the categories of users, full-time students make up the majority with undergraduates at 44% and post-graduates at 25%. Academic staff and distance learning constitued the least at 7% and 8% respectively.While 95% of user expressed satisfaction with the helpfullness of staff , only 45% expressed satisfaction with the availability of journals and 48% with the reliabilty of wi-fi. Additionally, only 40% and 35% of the users were fairly satisfied with availability of books and library opening hours.
