The pie chart and table illustrates the university's library users with different types of categories.
Overall, full-time graduates uses library the most and users are mostly satisfied with services library provide.
In detail, full-time undergraduate use the library as nearly half (44%). One-fourth users of the library are full-time post graduates. Distance learning and academic staff use the library nearly in same ratio which is 8%. 16% library users are part-time post graduates.
Almost two-third (65%) library users are very happy with the library opening hours. Whereas, remaining are fairly satisfied. Almost every users are very satisfied with the help of the staff. Half of the users are very happy with the books availability in the library, while 40% are fairly satisfied.Only 10% library users are not happy with the books of the library. Nearly, half (45%) of the library users are very satisfied with journals' stocks. While, one-fifth of the total users are not happy with the journals' availability. More than one-third (35%) of the users are fairly satisfied with the same.
