The chart and table illustrate the results of a survey at a university library. The chart categories the type of uses, while the table shows the user satisfaction in percentage.
Overall, the main people who uses this facility are full-time undergraduated students, while academic staff represents the least percentage. The staff of the library have the highest satisfaction among users.
It is clear that students frequent the library more than academic staff. Full-time undergraduated and posgraduated students represent over half of the graph, 44% and 25% respectivelly. Those who study postgraduate part-time and all online courses represents only 24%, and 7% of the library users are academic staff.
The satisfaction of the library workers is the highest, 95%. In general, not many people are unsatisfied, however, it is noticeable that the availability of journals and the quality of wifi have the most complains, 20% and 19% of insatisfaction, respectivelly. In addition, 50% of people were happy with the availability of books, and 65% were very satisfied with the library openinig hours.
