Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of the survey of different categories of library users, while the table represents the percentage of library users satisfaction.
Overall, full-time undergraduates constitute the largest proportion of library users, whilst academic staff accounts for the smallest share. Regarding satisfaction, library users are most satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, whereas the avilability of journal receives the highest proportion of dissatisfaction.
As per the pie chart, full-time undergraduates make up the largest group, accounting for 44% of all users. Full-time postgraduates are the second category, at 25%. This is followed by part-time postgraduates at 16%. In contrast, distance learning students and academic staff comprise the smallest share at 8% and 7%, respectively.
In regards to library user's satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff records the highest level of satisfaction, with 95% of users being very satisfied. Library opening hours also receives a relatively higher satisfaction, with 65% of users being very satisfied and the remaining 35% being fairly satisfied. By contrast, the availability of books, journals, and wi-fi has very low satisfaction from the users.
