The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The chart illustrates the data result collected of the people who use the library at a university.
Overall number of full-time bachelor students is highest among the all who use library. and if we see the library user satisfaction then helpfulness of staff came on the top of fulfilling needs of the people.
Graduation students use library frequently with percentage of 44% and after that full-time enrolled posgraduate students 25%, while the part time Masters student who visit library to study are just 16%. Online learners and academic staff use their access to library very less compared to others with percentage of only 8 & 7%.
Helping nature of the staff considered 95% satisfied and 5% unsatisfied from 100% and after that Library opening hours are 65% acceptable while there is no disatisfaction. on the other side books and journals access were just 50 and 40% satisfactory and wifi speed was voted 48% as very satisfied.
