Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The chart and table illustrates the result of survey about the satisfaction level of various types of library users at a university.

Overall, mostly users were satisfied with the library but 20% of users were unsatisfied with availability of books and journals, and reliability of wi-fi.

Firstly, mostly users of library were undergraduates and postgraduates (either part-time or full-time) with a contribution of 85%. Out of 85%, 44% were full-time undergraduate and 25% were full-time postgraduate and remaining 16% were part-time postgraduate. Other 8% were distance learning students for all courses. Other than students, academic staff also uses library(7%).

Secondly, the satisfaction level is categorized into three parts, very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied. 100% users were pleased with, library opening hours and helpfulness of staff. 90% of people were fulfilled with availability of books out of which 50% were very pleased. Library users were not that fulfilled with availability of journals, 20% of them were not happy. Same with reliability of wi-fi, only 81% of users were satisfied.
