The following pie chart and the table compare the data of library users at a university.
Overall, the categories of library users involving full-time postgraduate and undergraduate hold the highest percentage while, the academic staff have the lowest proportion. In addition, most of the people are satisfied with helpfulness of staff and the ratio of dissatisfied people is completely zero.
From the chart, we can see that the larger number of graduates are using the library reaching the highest percentage for 44 percent and then the full-time and part-time postgraduates are using the library owning relative ratios of 25 percent and 16 percent. What's more, the least proportion for using the library is of academic staff and distant learning including all courses.
Furthermore, the table shows that the larger number of people are satisfied with library opening hours and helpfulness of staff with zero dissatisfied people. Likewise, the larger number of people around 19-20 are dissatisfied with the availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi. In contrast, the notable feature is that the ratio of fairly satisfied people is almost same for all the features except the helpfulness of staff which is only 5 percent and the rest is ranging from 35-40 percent.
