Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of four categorgies of different library users at a university. While the table below displays the user satisfaction percentages across five different library services.
Overall, full time students contributes the highest proportion of the library users, with full time undergraduate students forming the single largest group. In term of feedback,helpfullness of staff and book availability recorded the most grestest contribution of customer satisfaction, whereas the availability of jurnals and wi-fi reliability recorded the most dissatisfaction users.
Looking at the pie chart, the full-time undergraduates comprise the largest demographic at 44%, followed by the full- time postgradutes at 25%. Meanwhile, the part-time postgraduates make up to 16% of the chart. However, the remaining proportion consist of the distance learning and academic staff users.
Regarding the feedback service, staff helpfulness accounted for the highest satisfaction that is 95%, with no dissatisfaction and 5% fairly satisfied users. Similarly, library opening hours received the 65% 'very satisfied' with zero dissaficted user. In contract, the availabilty of journals and reliability of wi-fi recorded the lowest '' very satisfied'' rates that are 45% and 48% respectively. Also, the both of these two services have the 20 and 19% ''not satisfied'' customers.
