Student answer (Band 6.0)
A survey has been conducted at the University library concerning users of the establishment. The participants were of various categories of which the largest percentages include: 44% full time undergraduates, 25% full time postgraduates, and 16% part-time postgraduates. Smaller percentages of 8% and 7% represent users within distance learning and academic staff respectively. These respondants were required to express their level of satisfaction regarding certain features that affect their use of the library. When asked about liberary opening hours a majority of 65% said they were very satisfied. Regarding staff helpfulness 95% of surveyed users responded with "very satisfied". Availability of books had 50% respond very satisfied, 40% responded fairly satisfied and 10% were unsatisfied. Similarly, when asked about availability of journals, 45% answered very satisfed, 35% answered fairly satisfied and 20% answered not satisfied. Finally, when it comes to reliablity of WiFi, 48% of respondants were very satisfied, 33% were fairly satisfied and 19% responded that they were unsatisfied.
