The given chart and table show the data about the library users at a university. The pie chart is used to represent different categories of the library members. The largest number of users belong to undergraduate category that accounts for 44% of the library members followed by full postgraduate students that account for 25% of the library members. Moving ahead, 16% of the library users are part-time postgraduates whereas the lowest number of peoplein the library belong to part-time postgraduate (16%) and distance learning(8%) categories.

All library visitors are found to be satisfied with the opening hours of the library and the behaviour of the staff which is quite evident from the zero count of unsatisfied people in these categories. However, most people are recorded to be unhappy with the availability of required journals making it the most unsatisfied aspect of the library. Similary, 19 people are unsatisfied because of poor wi-fi connections and 10 members are concerned about the availability of their favourite books resulting in the last three categories being the most problematic areas of the library.
