Student answer (Band 6.0)

The chart and the table provide information about the categories of library users and show the results of a survey conducted among them.

Overall,it's clear that full-time undergraduates represented the largest group of library users, while academic staff made up the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the highest level of satisfaction . By contrast, the availibility of journals and the reliability of Wi-Fi had higher proportions of dissatisfied users. Regarding library users, full time undergraduates accounted for 44%, followed by full -time postgraduates at 25% . Part time postgraduates represented 16%, while academic staff accounted for 7%. The remaining 8% were students taking work courses through distance learning. As for library opening hours, 65%, of users were very satisfied and 35% were fairly satisfied. No users were disstatisfied with the opening hours. Staff helpfulness received the highest satisfaction rate, with 95% being very satisfied and and only 5% fairly satisfied. The availability of books was also viewed positively, with 50% very satisfied, 35ù fairly satisfied and 20% not satisfied. Finally, 45% were very satisfied with the reliability of wi-fi, while 33% were fairly satisfied and 19% were not satisfied.
