The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart and the table illustrate the demographic aspects and the level of satisfaction of users across five different categories.

Overall, the undergraduate students have accounted for a significant contribution in library users. However, academic staff recorded the least. In addition, the majority of the users are satisfied with the library staff's assistance while the availability of journals has recorded the most dissatisfied figure.

Looking into the pie graph in detail, full-time undergrads have contributed the highest percentage with the value of 44%, followed by the full-time postgraduate students with 25%. The part-time postgraduates ranked third with 16%. In contrast, distance learning and academic staff accounted for the least contribution of 8% and 7% respectively.

Moving towards the table, the helpfulness of staff has recieved the highest approval from users with 95% very satisfied, 5% fairly satisfied and no one has shown dissatisfaction. Library opening hours also experienced the similar trend with 65% very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and 0% not satisfied.

Conversely, the category of availability of journals has shown the highest dissatisfaction percentage of 20% while reliability of Wi-Fi has also experienced the almost similar value of dissatisfaction (19%). Moreover, respondents marked the availability of books as a moderate category for the satisfaction level with 50% very satisfied, 40% fairly satisfied and 20% were not satisfied.
