The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The pie chart and table depict the information obtained after a survey among the members of library at a university.
As per the diagram, majority among library users are full-time undergraduates. Whereas, exactly a quater of people among library users are full time post graduates. however, only 7% serves the academic staff and it is notable that a same trend is followed by distance learning.
From the table it is evident that, 95% of users are stastisfied by helpfulness of staff and remaoning is fairly satisfied. Unavailabilty of journals make the major dissatisfaction among the users, whereas 35% are fairly satisfied. A similar trend is followed by the category reliablity of wi-fi, where 48% are very satisfied, 33% fairly satisfied and 19% not satisfied.
To sum up, full time graduates are the major users of libraray. In sharp contrast academic staff merely visits the library. On the other hand, helpfulness of staff impressed most of the users. However availability of journals i the category in which the library should improve to satisfy the users
