The given chart and the table show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

To begin with, the chart depicts the categories of library users.For instance, full-time undergraduate, full-time postgradute, part-time postgrduate, distance learner, and academic staff have access to library.

The chart also illustrates that the library is mostly used by undergraduate students who are enrolled as full-time; they make up 44% of libarary users. After this, full-time postgraduate are the second largest users of the library, making up 25%, and the least users of the libarary include academic staff at 7%.

Furthermore, the given table is about the library users' satisfaction level. For instance, 95% people are fully satisfied with the helpfull behaviour of the staff. The survey also shows that 65% of users are happy about the library opening hours, while 35% of users are failry satisfied. On the contrary, users have shown dissatisfiction regarding the availbalibity of journals and reliability of wi-fi. The survey shows that 20% and 19% of users are not elated with such services, respectively.

Overall, the users are satisfied with the services provided by the library.
