The provided chart and table illustrate the finding of five distinct catagories of library users at a university, while the accompanying table outlines the user satisfaction levels regarding five specific library services.
Overall, the full-time undergraduate constitues the by far highest proportion while the academic staff usage is at lowest rate. Additionally, the university library users express the highest statisfaction level with staff helpfulness and opening hours, whereas, the availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi record the highest level of dissatisfaction among users.
Acoording to the chart, full-time undergraduates make up nearly half of the total library users at 44%. The full-time postgraduates constitue exactly a quarter (25%), followed by the part-time postgraduates at 16%. In contrast, the distance learning and academic staff form the smallest group, representing only 8% and 7% respectively.
Looking at the table, the library users are highly satisfied with the helpfulness of staff with overwhelmingly positive feedback with 95% satisfaction level and with 0% not satisfied. Similarly the library opening hours are well-recieved, securing 65% extreme satisfaction. Conversely, the availability of journals and Wi-Fi reliability draw the most criticism , with dissatisfaction reaching 20% and 19% respectively.
