The pie chart demonstrates outcomes of the survey of library users at university. It illustrates the proportion of types of library users and also provides information about their satisfaction level.
Overall, there are mainly five types of library users in which there are academic staff, distance learning, part-time post graduate, full time post graduate and full time under graduate and the highest proportion of library users are from the category of full time undergraduates. Moreover, it also provides the information on satisfaction level of users and there is a highest satisfaction level of users on helpfullness of faculty.
If we talk about types of library users in a university so the highest proportion which is 44 percent of them are undergraduates.25% of them are full time graduates. Furthermore, 16% are post graduates and the lowest percentages 7 and 8% of them are academic staff and distance learning respectively.
If we talk about the satisfaction levels of individuals. 65% of the users are satisfied with library opening hours and 95% of them are highly satisfied with staff assistance.50 and 45 percent of them are happy with the availability of books and journals respectively. 48 percent of individuals show satisfaction on the reliability of wifi. Moderate levels of results has been shown who are fairly satisfied with all the facilities. However, 20 and 19 % are dissatisfied with availability of journals and reliability of wifi and there are also 10% of them who are dissatisfied with the availability of books.
