The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users
Student answer (Band 6.0)
The chart and table illustrate the categories of library users and library users satisfaction in percentage.
Overall, there are five categories include in library. Full time undergraduate was at the highest percentage. Then full time postgraduate, part time postgraduate, distance learning and academic staff falls respectively in it.
One the one hand, full time undergraduate was at the first high priority category with the percentage 44. 25% of full graduate and 16 % of part time postgraduate was included in categories of library users. Distance learning of all cources and academic staff was at 8% and 7% respectively.
On the second hand, 65% users were highly satisfied with library opening hours and 0% with not satisfied. The staff was very helpfull. 95% of users were with very satisfied with helpfullness of staff. Half of the users were very satisfied with availability of books.45% and 48% users was with very satisfied with Availability of journals and reliabilityof wi-fi respectively.
