The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrates the percentage of library users among different types of classes and their satisfaction rate with the different services provided by the library administration.
Full-time undergraduate students constitute the highest among library users while academic staff is using library the least among them.On the other hand, It seems that almost all of the library users are satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff while they are not happy with availability of journals.
If we talk about statistics, 44% of the students who are using library are full-time undergraduate students. Master's Students are only contributing 25% to the users. Part-time postgraduates makes upto 16% of the library using students while Distance learning and academic staff contribute only 8% and 7% respectively.
in the end, the library satisfaction rate is shown.People are really happy with the assistance of staff, with 95% very satisfied,5% fairly satisfied and 0% not satisfied.Library opening hours is another factor where no one is dissatisfied with the library.however,when it comes ton the availability of books and journals, 10% and 20% users are disappointed respectively.19% of the users are not satisfied with wi-fi.
