The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Categories of library users

Student answer (Band 5.0)

An overview of a libaray users in a libarary, there are several sections available in library for different studends and staff. We will also talk about the survey of libaray chart, which shows the satisfaction level of availabe books,journals and some about staff.Chart shows the satisfaction level of different students.

Begin with the catergories of library users, there are many sections in library which contain academic staff,full time under graduate, full time postgarduate,part-time postgraduate,distance learning options is also resreved. If we define the exact categories then we will have 7 perecnt academic staff, 44 percent Full-time graduate, 25 percent postgraduate,16 percent part-time graduate and there is also an area for distance learning which is 8 percent.

Secondly, a survey has been done on the satisfaction of library users on several sections such as library opening hours, 65 percent of the people are fully satisfied and 35 percent are just satisfied. moving forward if we talk about helpfulness of staff majority of the staff is completely satisfied except 5 percent , those are just okay with it. furthermore users are not having good reviews about the avalbility of the books, only 50 percent are satisfied , 40 percent are just good and 10 percent are indicating about changing in books.if we talk about journels, 45 percent thinks they had the perfect journels here, where 35 percent are just fair about it and 20 percent are not satisfied. Moreover the 48 users are fully satisfied with wif, 33 percent are just okay with ir and 19 percent wants to change it or upgarde
