overall, full time undergradute was the largest proportion of library users ,while academic staff represented the smallest group. in terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the highest level of very safistied ,whereas the availability of journals had the highest propotion of not satisfied.

turning to the table, 95%were very satisfied the helpfulness of sfaff, library opening hours were recived the high satifaction with 65% begin very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied. Avaliability of books 50% were very satisfied, and 40% fairly satisfied, however 10% not satisfied. Availabilitu of journals were 45% and 35% fairly satisfied whaile 20% not satisfied. Ralibility of wifi were 48% satisfied 33% fairly satisfied and 19% not satisfied.
