The given charts and table illustrate the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Overall, it can be obseved that majority of the library users are full time undergraduate students while acedemic staff accounted for the least users. In term of satisfaction,, Users were most satisfied with co-operation of staff, whereas, availability of books had the lowest level of satisfaction.
To begin with, full time undergraduate studends recorded for the largest proportion at 44%. In addition, the second highest users of library were the full time postgraduate students upto 25%. Following this, part-time postgraduate students use library 16%. Morover, acedemic staff and students for distance learning (all courses) used least as campared to others.
Regarding the rest of the data, a large majority of the people were most satisfied with the co-operation of staff about 95% while 5% of students were fairly satisfied with the library. Following this, people satisfaction about library opening hours were 65% and 35% were fairly satisfied. However,
