The pie chart and the table provides the data regarding results of a survey taking place at a library in the university. The pie chart shows results of survey which was based on the types of people using the library, whereas, the table shows the ratio of satisfaction among the library users for the services provided by the university's library.
Overall, full-time undergraduate university students are the major users of the university's library with highest ratio of 44%. On the contrary, post-graduate students of the university are also using the library significatly, with 25% ratio of full-time graduate students and 16% ratio of part-time graduate students of the university. Contrastingly, the distance learning students and academic staff are the individuals who are using the university with minor ratios of 8% and 7% respectively.
Moreover, the survey results have demonstrated that the rate of satisfaction was the highest for the cooperative nature of the staff followed by the library opening hours. Also, the availability of books has shown an average ratio of satisfaction among the library users. On the contrast, the services of availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi were the least satisfied services among the library users.
In conclusion, full-time undergraduate students of the university were the significant users of the library whereas, the academic staff contributed the least among the categories of library users in the university. Furthermore, the rate of satisfaction was the highest for cooperative staff of the library whereas, the library services including availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi deserve some attention
