The chart and table shows the results of survey of library users at a The chart has divided library users into different categories while the table depicts the satisfaction level of the library users through multiple aspects,collected from the survey.
Overall, the data shows that a huge number of population found in library are full time undergraduate students while the lowest proportion accounts for academic staff as library Similarly, library users are extremely satisfied with the helping nature of library staff but most of them also complain about the unavailability of journals that they aspect to be in their library.
Firstly, the chart has categorised the library users into five sections. It says that a huge proportion of undergraduate students are seen in the library with a percentage of 44% while a twice lower proportion of about 22% accounts for full time postgraduate students. The part time postgraduate accounts for only 16% which is the double percentage when compared with distance learners 8% and the lowest 7% accounts for academic staff.
Secondly, a survey was also performed to check the satisfaction level of library users and was illustrated in the form of a table.
About 20% of users argued about the availability of journals and 10% argued about the availability of books which is half of 20%. Some users have also complained about the reliability of wifi and there ratio accounts for 19%.Users are highly satisfied with library opening hours and helpfulness of staff with the ratios of 65:95 but are fairly satisfied with availability of books as observed by 40% ratio mentioned in the tablen
