The pie chart illustrates the data of a survey on categories of library users at a university, while the table demonstrates the satisfaction level of library user.
Overall, it is clear that a library is mostly used by full-time-undergraduaters of a university, followed by full-time postgraduaters. Meanwhile, the users are satisfied by the helping nature of the staff and least satisfied with the availability of journals in a library.
In the pie chart, the full-time undergraduaters make up the largest share, which is accounted for 44%. Followed by full-time postgraduaters, which is reported as 25%. Moreover, the proportion of the part-time postgraduaters in library usage constituted 16%. In contrast, the percentage of the academic staff and distance learning use library as 7% and 8% respectively.
In the table, users are highly satisfied with the helping nature of the staff whereas the least satisfied from the availability of jounals and reliability of wifi in a library. Additionally, 65% of users are very satisfied by library opening hours and fairly satisfied reported 35%.
