Overall, the largest users are full-time undergraduates, and the second-highest proportion are full-time postgraduate students, while the helpfulness of staff and library opening hours have the largest satisfaction ratio as compared to other categories.

Firstly, the full-time undergraduate students use 44% of the library, and 25% are full-time postgraduate. However, the part-time postgraduate user uses 16% of the library facilities, and academic staff or distance learning (all courses) use 8% to 7%, respectively.

Secondly, the table indicates that 65% of respondents were very satisfied with library opening hours, and 35% were fairly satisfied. 95% were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, which is the highest proportion. Furthermore, availability of books and journals was 50% to 45% in the very satisfied category and 40% to 35% in the fairly satisfied category. Reliability of wifi was at a 48% level of very satisfied and 33% fairly satisfied.
