The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The pie chart and table illustrates the results of a survey of library users at university. At instance the pie chart demonstrates the categories of the library users,whereas the table represents that percentage of library user satisfi cation.

The piechart show the largest share of 44% was accomdate by the full time undergraduate students apart from this 25% was allocated to full time postgraduate, 16% was consumed by part time graduate, 8% by distance learning and the smallest share was given to academic staff.

Now looking at the table it shows library user satisfaction in percentage , listing on the top shows library opening hours ,65% of the user were satisfied,35% were fairly satisfied and none of them were not satisfied. Moving to the next thing listed helpfullness of staff 95% were marked very satisfied 5% fairly satisfied and none were considered not satisfied, next it list availability of books in which 45% were satisfied 35% were fairly satisfied and nearly10% marked not satisfied,45% were very satisfied by availability of journals 35% were fairly satisfied 205 remained unsatisfied, at last it represents reliability of wifi in which the satisfied user were 48% ,fairly satisfied were 33% ams 19% of the user remained unsatisfied.

Overall, the user were highly satisfied by library opening hours but a major number of user were not satisfied by the availability of journals and reliability of wifi
