The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The combination of bar chart and table depicts the findings of a survey of library consumers at a university. Bar graph shows categories of library users and table illustrates users satisfaction.

Overall, the data is showing that majority of readers are full-time undergraduates however there are few of distance learner. Majority of users love the nature of staff while they are not satisfied with availability of journals.

Full-time undergraduate are prominent consumer with 44% following with full-time postgraduates with 25%. while correspondence students are very rare to appear at library as there are only 8% comparatively other categories. Part-time graduates and academic staff have a usual numbers of 7% and 16%.

Mostly we can notice that every students are very satisfied and in some category they don't have any complains. Everyone enjoys the nature of staff as with significantly 95% very satisfied and 5% Fairly satisfied. People also find library working hours comfortable. Reality of Wi-Fi, availability of journals and books there are some of the areas pupils are more worried as not satisfied ratio is 19% and for availability of books are 10% and journals are 20%, the most not satisfied category
