The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrate the results of a survey of different categories of library users and their satisfaction with the library.

The users are divided in five categories in total. The percentage of full-time undergraduate students as library users is the highest, while academic staff's is the lowest. The number of distance learning students from all the courses is just 1% greater than the academic staff, making their percentage the second-lowest in the chart. Moreover, full-time postgraduate students' percentage is a quarter of total, and part-time postgraduate students' is 16%, making this catergory stand on the median point in the comparison.

The survery furthermore shows the user satisfaction on different things that the library offers.

The users are most satisfied with the helpfulness of staff present with 95% users very satisfied and 5% fairly satisfied. Similar to this, the users are very satisfied with the opening hours of the library, with 65% very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied.

However, the users are most disappointed with the availability of journals in the library. 20% people are not satisfied, while 45% are very satisfied. The second-lowest satisfaction was stated for the reliability of wi-fi, with 19% users not satisfied at all and 48% very satisfied.

Lastly, the survey results for availability of book showed that 10% of people are not satisfied, while 50% of people are very satisfied and 40% are fairly satisfied.
