Overall, the highest proportion of users are full-time undergraduate students accounting to 44% and almost all respondents are most satisfied of the kindness and helpfulness of library staff.
The most amount of users are full-time undergraduate students that are almost half of the of the total users accounting to 44%. The second largest group consists of full-time postgraduate students that is 25%. Other users such as academic staff, distance learning students from all courses and part-time postgraduate students represented being the smallest contributor by 7%, 8% and 16%, respectively.
Regarding library user satisfaction, 95% of the individuals were satisfied with the staff behaviour and performance. 65% of the respondents showed extreme satisfaction regarding library open hours and others were fairly satisfied with the timings. Moreover, only half of the users are satisfied with the availability of books and 20% gave a negative feedback. Wi-Fi availability is fair as 19% of the users are not happy with the current system, only 48% were very satisfied and 33% were fairly satisfied.
