The chart and the table, together illustrate the results of a survey consisting of library users at a university.
Overall, majority of library users are full-time students. Furthermore according to the survey, helpfulness of the staff had the highest student satisfaction but the opposite case was noted in regards to availability of journals.
The chart shows that 44% of the library users are full-time undergraduate students.This represents the largest share of a category, followed by the full-time postgraduate students at 25%. The remaining categories are a trifecta consisting of part-time graduates, distance learning and academic staff which the latter represent the smallest category at 7%.
In regards to library user satisfaction, the highest recorded case is infering to the helpfulness of the staff,which at 95% has been marked as very satisfied. This is succeeded by the library opening hours at 65% as very satisfied. Both of the mentioned cases are void of not satisfied percentages. However, availability of journals has the highest not satisfied rate at 20% which is followed by the reliability of wi-fi at 19%.
