The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart gives information about a library used by six different catagories of library users at a university and the table below shows library satisfaction rate based on five distinc services.

Overall, undergraduate students are the one to use library most during their studies whereas academic staffs are the least one to use library for their need. On the other hand, library users werethe most satisfied with the service of library staffs and showed disappointment regarding the availity of journals.

In detail, full time undergraduate students used library most wich was 44%, more than full time postgraduate and past-time postgraduate who occupied library 25%, and 16% respectabley. Distance learning (all courses) students and academic staffs spent least amount of time in library compare to others accounting only for 8% and 7% respectably.

65% library users were very satisfied with library opening hours whwreas only 35 users showed fairly satisfaction. Surprisingly, 95% students and saffs were very impressed with helpfulness of the staff. Only 10% of users presented their dissatisfaction for availity of books. The number of journals (20%) and reliability of wi-fi (19%) were the ones to dissatisfy the users most in the whole catagory of services.
