Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart illustrates the data of different types of members in the university accessing the library and the table the shows the satisfaction of people towards various library services.
Overall, The majority of library users are full-time undergraduate students, while the least is used by academic staff. Staff is very helpful to all the users, whereas the number of journals and books available is less, the wi-fi is not reliable.
The library users are segregated into staff and students. Students are classified into full-time undergraduate, full-time postgraduate, part-time postgraduate and distance learning (all courses). 44% of the library users are full-time undergraduate students, which makes a major proportion of the users, followed by 25% of the full-time postgraduate students. The percentage share significantly drops to 16%, 8% and 7% for part-time postgraduate, distance learning and academic staff respectively.
The library user satisfaction table comprises library opening hours, helpfulness of staff, books avaibility, journals avaibility, reliability of wi-fi. Members are most satisfied with helpfulness of staff (95%), followed by library opening hours (65%). People in the university are not satisfied with books avaibility (10%), journals avaibility (20%) and reliability of wifi (19%).
