The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of university library users in five categories while the table gives information about the assessment of the users’ regarding the library services as very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied.
Overall, majority of the users were full-time undergraduate and graduate students and the least belonged to distant learners and academic staffs. Most of the library users were satisfied with the staffs’ behavior whereas the least popular thing service for them was the availability of the journals.
Regarding the types of library readers, under half of them were full-time undergraduate students and one-fourth were doing full-time postgraduate. Part-time postgraduate students accounted for 16% of the total users which was around double for the figures for distant learners of all courses (8%) and academic employees (7%)
Among the five aspects of the library, the category with most positive reviews (95%) was the cooperation of the library staffs with no one being dissatisfied with this category. Likewise, no user was unhappy with the opening hours and two-thirds said the starting hours to be very satisfying. However, nearly half of the people were very pleased with the availability of books, reliability of wi-fi and journal’s availability (50%, 48% and 45% respectively).
