The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the result of a survey of the categories of library users while the table provides date on the percentage of the library user satisfaction at a university.
Overall, it is clear that full time undergraduate students used library more compared to other categories meanwhile library were least popular in academic staff.In table, the most noticeable feature is that library user was highly satisfied with the helpfulness of staff.With availability of journals , users are less satisfied compared to other facilities.
The library was more popular in full time undergraduate students which represents 44 percent followed by full time postgraduate students accounts for second highest percentage which is 25 percent. By comparison,library was used least by academic staff which is 7 percent. Additionally, distance learning and part time postgraduate students have also used less library which is 8 and 16 percent respectively.
On the other hand, user are highly safisfied with the helpfulness of staff represent 95 percent only 5 percent user are fairly satisfied and zero percent are not satisfied. 65 percent user are satisfied with library opening hours and 35 are fairly satisfied . 50 percent user are satisfied witb the availability of books and 48 percent are satisfied with reliability of witi while 45 percent are satisfied with the availability of journals.
