The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart and table illustrates the proportion of library users in five different categories at a university. Units are measured in percentage.

Overall, Full-time undergraduate accounted for the largest proportion, whereas Academic staff represented the smallest share. The ratio of satisfaction users are very high as compared to not satisfied users.

Looking first at Full-time undergraduate, it accounted for 44 percent of the total, while Full-time postgraduate represented 25%. Turning into remaining categories, part-time postgraduate made up 16 percent, Meanwhile, Distance learning acoounted for 8%, followed by Academic staff at 7 percent respectively.

The number of users are most satisfied by helpfulness of staff with the percent of 95, which is the highest among other categories. 65 percent of users are satisfied with library opening hours, and the least was satisfied by the availabilty of journals with the percent of 45. The proportion of fairly satisfied is low as compared to satisfied users. Both library opening hours and availability of journals have the same share. While the helpfulness of staff has the lowest percent 5. The users which are not satisfied in library opening hours and helpfulness of staff at 0 percent. while the 20% are satisfied with availability of journals.
