The diagram is a sum of a pie chart that illustrats main categories of library user, whereas, the table below it provides data on percentage of users satisfied with the services by the library. The report will focus on summerizing key information and highlights from both.
To begin with, pie chart represents of different types of library users. Notably, the most dominating sector contributing 44% to the overall pie chart is full-time undergraduate students followed by 2nd major distribution coming from full-time postgraduate learners which is 25%. Beyond this, minor sectors, such as, part-time postgraduate academic participants and distant learners share 16% and 8% of the overall distribution respectively. Finally, the least contributing portion is noted to be 7% coming from academic staff.
On the other hand, the table below provides data on percentage of users satisfied by the services of library. Crucially, helpfulness of staff exhibits most satisfied response (95%) with no negative feedback. On the contrary, availibility of journals is recorded to be a debate among users with 48% very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and 20% fairly satisfied users. Moreover, library opening hours are also categorized to be among relatively positive reviews with 65% very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and none- unsatisfied users.
