The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The data display the outcomes of feedback of library users at a university.

Overall, it is clear that the full-time undergraduate library users recorded the highest figure at a university. Meanwhile, the academic staff accounted for the lowest share at a university. On the other hand, the remaining categories of the library users showed similarly figures.

The pie chart shows that 44% of library users are full-time undergraduates, which is the largest group, followed by full-time postgraduates at 25%. Part-time postgraduates accounted for 16%, whereas distance learners and academic staff made up only 8% and 7% respectively.

Moreover, the largest satisfaction of library users are the helpfulness of staff at 95% and the fairly satisfied ratio at 5%. However, the smallest satisfaction of library users are the availability of journals accounted at 45% and the fairly satisfaction recorded at 35%, which is the second largest fairly satisfaction. In addition, the remaining highest fairly satisfaction at 40% and the largest not satisfaction at 20%.
