The graph and chart below shows the results of a survey conducted in a university about usage of library.
The chart shows, Mostly students who are studying bachelor's have the maximum number of library usuage whereas the academic staff have the least number. There are 25% of full-time postgraduate students and 16% of part-time postgraduate students and 8% are those students who are doing distance learning.
About library user satisfaction, the survey divided into three categories; Very satisfied, Fairly satisfied and Not satisfied.
About library opening hours 65% students were very satisfied and 35% of students were fairly satisfied. Seems like the staff of library was very cooperative as 95% of students rank very satisfied and 5% voted fairly. Availability of books has somewhat equal response of satisfiation as 50% were very satisfied and 40% were fairly but there were students who were not satisfied and there count was about 10%.
Availability of journels also had a mixed response where 45% voted for very satisfied,45% voted fairly and 20% were not satisfied. Lastly, the reliability of wifi in which 48% and 33% were very and fairly satisfied respectivley, and 19% were not satisfied.

The response covers all parts of the visual data by summarising the categories of library users and reporting the satisfaction percentages from the table. An overview is attempted in the opening body paragraph, noting that full-time undergraduates have the maximum usage while academic staff have the least. The text has a clear overall arrangement and attempts to organise information logically, starting with the user categories pie chart and moving on to the satisfaction table. However, paragraphing is somewhat weak and unconventional; the response starts with single-sentence paragraphs and combines too many disparate survey categories into a single block of text. Cohesive devices are used, but referencing is sometimes mechanical or repetitive, such as starting multiple sentences with 'About library...'. Progression is visible, but the flow is occasionally disrupted by choppy sentence structures and abrupt transitions between data points.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, with appropriate topic-specific terms like 'academic staff', 'postgraduate students', and 'satisfaction'. However, the range is limited, and there are noticeable vocabulary and spelling errors, such as 'usuage' instead of 'usage', 'journels' instead of 'journals', and 'there count' instead of 'their count'. Less common lexical items are attempted, but inaccuracies in word choice and spelling prevent the response from achieving a higher band. Communication is not seriously impeded, but the lexical control remains at a modest level.
