The chart and table illustrate the categories of library users and the satisfaction levels of these users.

Overall, it is clear that full-time undergraduate students make up the largest proportion of library users, while academic staff represent the smallest group. In terms of user satisfaction, staff are considered very helpful, and most users are satisfied, although some are dissatisfied with the availability of journals.

With reference to the pie chart, 44% of users were full-time undergraduate students. A smaller proportion of users belonged to the academic staff category, accounting for only 7%. Distance learning students made up about 8% of users. Compared with part-time postgraduates (16%), full-time postgraduate students represented a larger group at 25%.

Furthermore, the table shows that 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, while only a small proportion were fairly satisfied.
