Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of different categories of library users, while the table shows the level of satisfaction among library users with five aspects of the library.
Overall, full-time undergraduate students made up the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the highest level of positive feedback, while the availability of journals had the lowest percentage of users who were very satisfied.
According to the pie chart, full-time undergraduates accounted for 44% of all library users. Full-time postgraduate students were the second-largest group, at 25%. Part-time postgraduates represented 16%, while distance-learning students made up 8%. Academic staff were the smallest category, comprising only 7% of users.
The table indicates that 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of library staff, and a further 5% were fairly satisfied. Similarly, 65% of users were very satisfied with the library’s opening hours, while 35% were fairly satisfied and nobody was dissatisfied. Satisfaction was lower regarding the availability of books, with 50% being very satisfied, 40% fairly satisfied and 10% not satisfied.
The availability of journals received less favourable ratings: 45% were very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and 20% not satisfied. Finally, 48% of users were very satisfied with the reliability of Wi-Fi, compared with 33% who were fairly satisfied and 19% who were not satisfied.
