The bar chart and table illustartes the result of a survey of library users at a university.
Overall, Full-time undergraduate was the highest percantage compared with Academic staff was the lowest proportion. In library user satisfaction, Helpfulnessod staff recorded the very good result.
In categories of library users, full-time undergraduate was the highest , at approximately 44% compared with 25% Full-time postgraduate. In part-time postgraduate and distance learning were recorded at around 16% and 8% respectively, whereas the academic staff was recorded the lowest percantage all the categories at approximately 7%.
In library opening hours 65% people was very satisfied and 35% people faily. In helpness of staff was recoded highest percantage who people very satisfied almost 95% and only 5% people was fairly satisfied. In availability of books and availability of journals, very satisfied were 50% and 45% compared with 40% and 35% fairly satisfied and the pwoplw are not satisfied were 10% and 20% respectively. In reliability of wi-fi 48% people satisfied, 33% fairly satisfied and 19% people was not satisfied.
