Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of different categories of library users and table shows the levels of satisfaction with various library services.

Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. The helpfulness of library staff received the most highest satisfaction response, while the availability of journals and the reliability of wi-fi had comparatively lower satisfaction levels.

Full-time undergraduates accounted for 44% of library users, as they are largest group. Full-time postgraduates were the second-largest group, at 25%, followed by part-time postgraduates at 16%. Distance-learning represented 8% of users, while academic staff accounted for only 7%.

In terms of satisfaction proportion, 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, with the remaining 5% being fairly satisfied. Library opening hours also received positive feedback as 65% of users were very satisfied and 35% were fairly satisfied. 50% of respondents were very satisfied with the availability of books, while 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% were not satisfied. The figures for journals and wi-fi were almost negative response. Only 45% were very satisfied with the availability of journals, while 20% were not satisfied. Similarly, 48% were very satisfied with wi-fi reliability, compared with 19% who were unsatisfied.
