The pie chart and table provide information about university library users and their levels of satisfaction with different library services. The users are divided into several categories, including full-time undergraduate students, full-time postgraduate students, distance-learning students and academic staff.
Overall, full-time undergraduate students make up the largest proportion of library users, while academic staff account for the smallest proportion. In terms of satisfaction, cooperation from library staff has the highest level of satisfaction, whereas the availability of journals has the lowest.
