The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the categories of library users and while the table shows the satisfaction level of library users as a result of a survey done at a university.

Overall , full-time undergraduate students use the library the most and academic staff uses it least. Although most of the users are very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, yet they are not satisfied with the availability of journals.

Part-time postgraduate students account for about 16% of the total users, while full-time postgraduate students account for 25%. Whereas, the largest portion, around 44% is used by full-time undergraduates. The smallest shares are held by distance learners and academic staff, that is about 8% and 7%. Around 65-95% library users are very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff and opening hours. Whereas, approximately 20% of them are not happy with the wifi condition and availability of journals. According to data, 35-40% users are quite satisfied with the options of books and journals also.
