The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrate the data of various categories of library users while the table depicts the information of the user satisfaction of a university.

Overall, the students pursuing full-time bachelors course are the highest users of the library whereas academic staff contributes the smallest share. Moreover, majority of subscribers are satisfied with the staff's behavior and helpfulness and comperatively less users are happy with the wifi's reliability.

The full-time undergarduate students contributed largest share of 44% whereas a quarter of the total library users are students pursuing postgraduate courses. However, academic staff is least interested category in library at 7% followed by distance learning students of all courses combined at 8%. Moreover, part-time postgraduate atudents are 16% of the total users.

Almost every subscriber of the library is satisfied with the staff's behavior and helpfullness at 95% while only 5% found it fairly satisfying. In addition, users satisfied with the availability of books is 50% and availablity of journals is 45%. Moreover, 48% of the users are happy with the wifi service while 33% are moderately satisfied and 19% are not satisfied. Additionally, not a single user gave a negative feedback of liberary's opening hours and staff's helpfullness.
