The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The pie chart and the table gives the information on the category of users and percentage of the library user satisfaction respectively. There are total five category of library users which are full-time undergraduates, full time postgraduate, Part-time postgraduate, Academic Staff and distance learning which consists of all courses. students who are studying full time uses the library the most as compared to the students of part-time and distance learning. The least percentage is shared by academic staff.
Overall, The percentage of consumption of library's full-time students of doing bachelors and master is 44 and 25 percent respectively. Moreover, only 16 percent of part-time postgraduate consider library. Followed by distance learning with 8 percent and last but not least is academic staff which is only 7 percent.
Turning to the table, it can be seen that majority of users are satisfied with the library. Moreover, 95 percent of users are satisfied with the helpful nature of the library staff whereas 5 percent are fairly satisfied. In addition, only 45 percent are users are satisfied with the availability of books while 20 percent being non satisfied turning this percentage the highest percent of not satisfaction.
